Small batch, artisan cheese. Cheese is made with all natural, farm fresh, Non-GMO, Crystal Ball Farms pasteurized milk. Handmade cheese pays special attention to product quality and cheese flavor. Hand cut. Each piece is 8oz or more. The Sharp Cheeses are aged for 1+ year. Cause its hand cut size and weight may vary but will be greater than 8oz. If ordered with curds may take a week to ship as I will make curds fresh and ship with cheeses.
